Where's my CashOut?

Your confirmed current balance is $0.00 .

You need $5.00 more to CashOut.

To get your payment, your balance must be at least $5.00 or the equivalent in your currency.

It’s not that far! Keep shopping through WaffarX and you will receive your Cash Back by the next CashOut cycle.

The exchange rate will be determined depending on the lowest-recorded dollar rate starting from the beginning date of the purchasing cycle in which the purchase took place until the CashOut date of the same cycle.

WaffarX offers several ways to receive your Cash Back and is constantly working on making it easier and faster.

1) E-Wallets

How to create your E-wallet?

You can now have your own Mobile Wallet for free at home. Self-registration is available through these providers:

Etisalat Cash: For information about wallet registration, please visit the Etisalat website

WE: You can register on WE Pay through website

National Bank of Egypt: You can register on Phone Cash Wallet through website

Banque Du Caire: You can register on QaheraCash Wallet through website

CIB: You can register on CIB Smart Wallet by sending an SMS to 4435. For more information, please visit CIB’s website

Banque Misr: You can register on BM Wallet, Please go to their website.

Alex Bank: You can register on Ma7fazty Wallet by calling the call center: 19033

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB): You can register 3altayer wallet, Please go to their website.

Vodafone Cash

You can withdraw your Cash Back through Vodafone Cash with a minimum amount of $5.00.

Select Vodafone Cash as your CashOut method > Insert your phone number > Your Cash Back will be sent on CashOut date.

2) Bank Transfer

The minimum amount to be transferred in Egypt is $5.00, for international transfers is $20.00.

We transfer your cash directly to the bank account you provide us – without any additional fees. You can change your personal settings (including your bank details) on the Account Settings page. Be sure your settings are updated before we send out a payment.

4) Fawry

(only in Egypt) you can withdraw your Cash Back through Fawry outlets with a minimum amount of $5.00.

Choose Fawry as your CashOut method.

Enter your full name and mobile number.

Your cash-back will be sent on time according to the purchasing cycle.

Check the purchase cycle to see when your Cash Back will be sent.

Steps to withdraw from any Fawry outlet:

Enter the code for services "2" in the device.

Enter the code for WaffarX service “7133”.

Enter the PIN code that has been sent to you in a message.

Confirm the PIN code again.

You will be asked for the mobile number to which the message was sent.

When do I get My CashOut?

Every 3 months, we send you a Cash Back for purchases posted during the previous quarter based on the schedule below.

But if you've earned less than $5.00 Cash Back, we'll carry over your money to the next CashOut Date.

Bonus Rewards do not count toward the $5.00 minimum.

The term "Bonus Rewards" includes monies earned as a Sign-up Reward or Refer-A-Friend Bonus.

Sometimes the CashOut date might fall on a weekend or an official holiday. In these cases, the transfers will be initiated immediately on the next working day after the holiday/weekend.
