How quickly is cash back credited to my account?
If you check your account within 48 hours from your last purchase, you will most probably find your Cash Back.
However, some stores don’t confirm your purchase until the time when you can return the goods have passed, starts from 14 days and may vary from store to another which could be 30 days in some cases.

What if WaffarX doesn't offer the store I want?
We are in continuous search for new trusted stores to be added to our website to provide our members with a diverse range of products and services from qualified merchants.
We definitely haven’t added everything yet, so if you have ideas or would like to recommend a new shop, please contact us and we will do our best to add it, and thanks for the help!
How do I make sure that I am earning Cash Back?
To ensure your Cash Back is linked to your account, please make sure you have visited the merchant’s websites through WaffarX.com.
We’d love to give all our partners money even if you don’t use our website in a particular case, but if you don’t use our links, there is no way other than your click to prove to the merchants that you are a member and should earn Cash Back.
Please take care while shopping to finish all your purchases from one website at once, because if you do partial shopping from a merchant, then go to other websites and come back through a non-WaffarX link, you will not get cash back on the second item that was not accessed through WaffarX links.
The same applies to different windows on the same browser, all shopping pages must start at a WaffarX page or link to ensure you get your Cashback.
Please make sure that your purchased goods are not on the exception list of things that don’t have Cash Back.
It happens that merchants don’t provide Cash Back on certain items.
Why Didn’t I Earn Cash Back?
If you made a purchase and don’t see Cash Back in your account, it may be due to one of these reasons:
Using coupons you found outside of WAFFARX Using or even attempting to use any coupon codes, offers or promotions that are not on WAFFARX can void your Cash Back. There could be conflicts between Cash Back and the discounts offered by other coupon sites, exclusive emails or rewards programs.
Visiting other sites during your shopping session. Going to other sites, especially ones that offer shopping rewards, coupons or discounts, can result in the store giving the credit for your purchase to another site. In addition, browser extensions from other shopping programs can interfere with linking your purchase to your WAFFARX account. Make sure to disable all related extensions before making a purchase through WAFFARX.
Switching to a different browser window or tab You should only use the initial tab opened for you by WAFFARX at the beginning of your shopping session. If you complete your purchase in a different tab or window, we may be unable to link your purchase to your WAFFARX account.
Waiting too long after activating Cash Back to complete your purchase. Additionally, some stores do not allow us to link a purchase to your WAFFARX account if items were added to your shopping cart before you activated Cash Back. It’s best to activate Cash Back before adding items to your cart and check out as soon as you can.
Longer store reporting times. Stores must report your order information to us, so we know how much Cash Back to add to your account. Reporting time can range from a few hours to up to 3 months for travel bookings.
Ineligible store categories or products. Some stores limit Cash Back to certain categories or products. You may have purchased an item that’s not Cash Back eligible. Remember to always start your shopping at WAFFARX.com
Why is Cash Back "Pending"?
Cash Back is directly confirmed by the seller in about 30 days from the purchase date, depending on merchant policies.
Can I shop in-store and earn Cash Back?
You have to pay using the debit or credit card you linked to your WaffarX account so we are able to track the transaction and allocate your Cash Back
You can add your card by going to the In-store Page on the WaffarX app and selecting Payment Settings
What if I want to return or cancel an order?
It’s your right to cancel or exchange goods!
Of course, this is based on the policy of the shop or website you purchased from.
In case of a cancellation, it goes without saying that the Cash Back will be canceled.
In case of exchange, the only way you can guarantee the Cash Back is to cancel the old order and put a new one through WaffarX again.
If you exchange without doing this, what happens is that the merchants cancel the old one themselves and create a new order, which means the cancellation of our fees as the second one isn’t done through us.
Can I pay in cash when I'm shopping online & still get Cash Back?
Yes, you can receive Cash Back when you shop online regardless of the payment method you choose as long as you start your shopping trip through WaffarX first.
This means you must log into your WaffarX account, select a store or offer, and click "Shop Now" to get redirected to the store's website.
What is a "Waffar X Shopping Trip"?
WaffarX shopping trip gives you confirmation that we have acknowledged your transaction.
If a shopping trip appears on your account this means that you have correctly clicked a link on WaffarX to reach one of our shops, and also provides you a reference number in case anything goes wrong or in case of a query towards this purchase.
Shopping trips are kept in history for 3 months.
